About the Founder Quentin Brown

Quentin Brown is a transportation operations leader and DOT compliance specialist with more than 20 years of experience supporting universities, national corporations, municipalities, and public transit systems.

His expertise includes:

  • Transportation compliance program development

  • Fleet and mobility modernization

  • Risk management and safety oversight

  • Accreditation-aligned documentation

  • Grant-supported operational planning

Professional Experience Includes:

  • Managing a multi-campus shuttle system for George Washington University

  • Developing regional transit partnerships for University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff

  • Overseeing DOT compliance for multi-state industrial fleet operations

  • Operating and advising transportation programs for colleges and charter operators
